Cornish Rowan ★ Protection ★ Witches Charm

There are going to be three of these beauties - wildcrafted Rowan (measuring 15cm across so they’re large.)

Woven with red thread with intention & the power of the witches voice for protection.

The ogham Luis (Rowan) has been my spirit ally since I was a teenager - its magick never ceases to amaze me.

In Celtic mythology it’s a warning against magical intention, traps, or illusions. It shows up on the boundaries between our world & the other.

Protective, wise & powerful. Rowan is something else for witchcraft. I love it!

How to activate your magical charms ★ Celtic Hedge Witchcraft

  •  Breath - one of my favourite methods is to 'breathe life' into magical items. In the Celtic tradition the long breath is connected to spell work, and the vibrations of the voice can bring a magical tool into alignment with your will.
  •  Song/name - as seen in the video, singing is an effective way to enchant magical tools. Singing is connected to the Druidic Bard - the magical creation of stories woven into song. Everything on our planet vibrates (sings.) By creating a new song for a tool - you awaken / align it to its purpose.
  •  Visualisation of Light - Visualise your charm glowing white and red whilst holding it in your hands. Set the purpose of protection as you do so.
  •  Knock on wood - tapping the charm when its wooden - like the rowan charm - is a reference to the folklore of knocking on wood to awaken/connect with the spirit of the tree.
  •  Chant the Ogham "Luis" as a 'key' to unlock the power of the tree.
  •  Ask the Spirit of the Rowan to assist you in your task - "oh Rowan spirit I ask for your protection - please protect (this space.)"

There are THREE of the Rowan charms available, each will vary slightly.
The charms are large - they measure about 15cm by 15cm.

Contain rowan branches and red thread.
